Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order ships.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $29.99. Any shipping charge that applies to a smaller order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery time.

Tracking and delivery

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow your package. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier. Then contact us at ezstackusa@gmail.com if you still need help.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us promptly at ezstackusa@gmail.com with your order number and photos when possible.
